1. Agreement
These User Terms of Service ("User Terms") are an agreement between HeavyTesting / HVTLabs ("HVTL," "we," "us," or "our") and you, as an individual using the Services. They add to the Master Terms of Service, and words defined there (such as "Services" and "Virtual Currency") mean the same here. By using the Services you agree to both.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
- You are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Discord in your country if that is higher.
- You are allowed to use Discord and are not banned from it.
- You are not barred from using the Services under the laws that apply to you.
If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. Paid Features may only be bought by an adult or with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Your Discord Account
You use the Services through your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for activity that happens through it. Tell us promptly at wavebank@email.hvtlab.net or in the support server if you think someone else has used it with the Services. HVTL cannot guarantee the security of accounts or devices it does not control.
4. Economies You Join
Each economy is run by its owner and the team they choose, not by HVTL. By taking part in an economy, you understand that:
- Its owner and team set its rules, income, tax and limits, and can open, freeze, close or wipe accounts, move or remove Virtual Currency, and restrict or ban you within that economy, using the tools the Services provide.
- Your balances, account names, and activity in that economy can be seen by its team, depending on their permissions, and may be posted to its log channels.
- HVTL does not settle disputes between members and economy teams, but you can report abuse to us.
- Virtual Currency is described in section 3 of the Master Terms: it has no real-world value and must not be traded for real money or anything of value.
5. Joining Linked Servers and Invites
An economy can be linked to several Discord servers. The Services may help members reach those servers, for example by showing or sending you invite links to them, or by adding you to them.
- WaveBank will only add you to a Discord server if you have given permission through Discord's own authorization screen (Discord's permission to "join servers for you"), and only to servers linked to an economy you belong to or choose to join.
- You can withdraw that permission at any time in Discord (User Settings, Authorized Apps) or by asking us, and we will stop using it.
- Once you are in a server, that server's rules, moderation and Discord's policies apply to you there. Leaving a server or an economy is always up to you.
- Invite links created by the Services are for the people they are meant for. Don't share them in a way that breaks the server's rules.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for what you do with the Services. In addition to the acceptable use rules in the Master Terms, you agree not to:
- Use more than one Discord account to collect income, avoid restrictions, or gain an advantage, unless the economy's team allows it.
- Abuse or disrupt the Services or other people's use of them.
- Use another person's account or credentials.
- Enter names, notes, reasons or other text that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or that contains links meant to trick people.
7. What You Enter
You keep any rights you have in text you enter, such as account names, notes and reasons. You give HVTL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, display and transmit it as needed to run, support and improve the Services, including showing it to others in the economy and posting it to log channels. We may remove or change text that breaks these terms.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. HVTL may restrict or end your access, reset or remove your Virtual Currency, or remove you from the Services where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these terms, security concerns, unlawful conduct, abuse, or risk to the Services or other users. Where the law requires it, we will give you notice, a reason, and a way to challenge the decision. Ending your access doesn't remove obligations that arose before it.
9. No Guarantee of Results
HVTL does not promise that using the Services will produce any particular result, that any economy will keep running, or that your balances will be kept. You decide whether the Services suit your needs.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute rules in the Master Terms also apply to these User Terms. Nothing in these User Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Changes
HVTL may update these User Terms as described in the Master Terms. When a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version.

13. Acceptance
By accepting these User Terms in Discord or on the website, or by using the Services where that counts as acceptance under the law, you agree to these User Terms and the Master Terms.
