1. Agreement and Scope
These Discord Server Terms ("Server Terms") govern the use of the Services in a Discord server. They are an agreement between HeavyTesting / HVTLabs ("HVTL," "we," "us," or "our") and the person who adds WaveBank to a server, links a server to an economy, or configures the Services for a server. They add to the Master Terms and the User Terms. If you also manage an economy, the Manager Terms apply as well.
2. Authority
By adding, authorizing, linking or configuring the Services for a Discord server, you confirm that you are allowed to do so under Discord's rules and the server's own arrangements, for example because you own the server or have the Manage Server permission. If you act for a group or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to. These Server Terms bind you. They don't make every member of the server a party to this agreement, but members who use the Services agree to the User Terms and Master Terms themselves.
3. What You Allow WaveBank to Do in the Server
When WaveBank is in a server, you allow it to use the permissions you grant it in Discord to provide the Services, including to read the commands and interactions members send to it, reply with panels and messages, send direct messages to members about their accounts, and post logs to the channels an economy's team chooses.
4. Linking to an Economy
Linking a server to an economy means members of the server use that economy's accounts and Virtual Currency there, and that the economy's team can manage it as described in the Manager Terms. Server permissions and economy permissions are separate: owning or administering a server doesn't make you a manager of the economy, and economy permissions don't give anyone power in your server beyond what you grant WaveBank.
5. Invites and Adding Members
By linking a server to an economy, you authorize WaveBank, now and as these features become available, to:
- Create invite links to the server and share them with members of the linked economy, for example in panels, on the website, or by direct message.
- Add members of the linked economy to the server, but only people who have personally given WaveBank permission to do so through Discord's own authorization screen.
WaveBank will only do this with the permissions you give it in Discord (such as Create Invite), and your server's own settings still apply: WaveBank will not add someone who is banned from the server and will not get around the server's verification or rules. You can stop this at any time by turning these features off where available, removing WaveBank's permissions, unlinking the server, or removing WaveBank from the server.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to use or allow the Services in your server to:
- Break the law or Discord's policies.
- Abuse, exploit or disrupt the Services.
- Get around security controls or restrictions.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your authority.
- Run scams, raids or spam, or make it easy for others to do so.
You are responsible for the actions you take or authorize in the server, to the extent they are within your control, and for making sure the server's members can follow your server's rules and Discord's.
7. Unlinking and Removal
You may unlink the server or remove WaveBank at any time if you have the authority to. Members of an economy's team with the Unlink Servers permission can also unlink a server from their economy. Unlinking or removing WaveBank stops the Services in that server, but doesn't delete the economy or members' balances. HVTL may restrict the Services in a server, unlink it, or ban it from the Services where reasonably necessary because of abuse, security risks or a breach of these terms. HVTL does not guarantee that server settings or records can be restored.
8. Discord's Rules
Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other policies. If Discord restricts or removes your server or account, or changes its platform, the Services in your server may stop working. HVTL does not control Discord's decisions.
9. Suspension and Termination
HVTL may restrict, suspend or end the Services for a server where reasonably necessary to deal with a breach, abuse, a security concern or an operational risk. Where the law requires it, we will give appropriate notice.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
HVTL does not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every server setup. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute rules in the Master Terms apply.
11. Changes
HVTL may update these Server Terms as described in the Master Terms. When a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version.

13. Acceptance
You are asked to accept these Server Terms the first time you link a server to an economy, or when creating an economy also links your server. By accepting them, you agree to these Server Terms, the User Terms and the Master Terms.
