1. Agreement and Scope
These Economy Manager Terms and End User License Agreement ("Manager Terms") are an agreement between HeavyTesting / HVTLabs ("HVTL," "we," "us," or "our") and anyone who creates, owns, administers, configures or manages an economy through the Services, including team members who hold management permissions such as Manage Economy, Manage User Permissions, Manage Money, Banker, Moderate, Economy Reset, Unlink Servers or Delete Economy ("Managers"). They add to the Master Terms and the User Terms.
2. Authority
You must have the authority to create or manage the economy you act on. Use management tools only within the permissions you have been given. Permissions in a Discord server and permissions in an economy are separate: being a server owner or administrator does not by itself give you authority over an economy, and economy permissions do not give you authority in a Discord server.
3. Running an Economy Responsibly
You agree to use management tools honestly and fairly. You must not use them to:
- Defraud, mislead or exploit members, for example by promising real-world value for Virtual Currency.
- Sell, rent or trade the economy, its Virtual Currency, or access to it for real money or anything of real-world value.
- Harass, retaliate against, or discriminate unlawfully against members.
- Exploit bugs, get around security controls, or access information you are not authorized to see.
- Deliberately disrupt the Services or undermine their integrity.
You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take with your access, including freezing, banning or wiping members, creating or removing Virtual Currency, and changing settings.
4. Your Team and Access
You are responsible for who you give management permissions to and for reviewing them. Do not share your access in a way that breaks HVTL's rules. The owner can transfer ownership to another person, who must accept these Manager Terms. HVTL may correct ownership or permissions where needed to resolve abuse, a compromised account, or a dispute.
5. Economy Content and Members' Data
You are responsible for the text you enter for your economy (such as its name, currency, account names, reasons and notes) and for making sure it is lawful and appropriate. Use the information you can see about members (such as their names, balances and activity) only to run your economy, and do not copy, share or sell it for other purposes.
6. Linked Servers, Invites and Members Joining
Economies can be linked to several Discord servers. As those features become available, Managers may be able to use the Services to share invite links to linked servers with members, and to add members who have given their own permission through Discord to linked servers. You agree:
- To use these features only for servers linked to your economy and only for members of your economy or people who choose to join it.
- Not to use them for spam, raids, mass invites, or to add people to servers they would not expect to join.
- That each server's owner keeps control of their server, as described in the Discord Server Terms, and that HVTL may limit or turn off these features.
7. Log Channels and Records
You choose where your economy's logs are posted. Logs can include members' names, amounts, notes and reasons. Choose channels that only appropriate people can see, and remember that once posted, those messages are held by Discord and the server, not by HVTL.
8. Deleting, Wiping and Inactive Economies
Deleting, wiping or resetting an economy can remove members' Virtual Currency and accounts. A deleted economy may be restorable for a limited time (currently 30 days), after which it is permanently removed. HVTL may also freeze, archive or delete economies that break these terms or that have been inactive for a long time, after reasonable notice where practical. HVTL does not guarantee that any configuration, record or action can be recovered.
9. License and Restrictions
Subject to these Manager Terms and the Master Terms, HVTL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the management features of the Services for their intended purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell or misuse the software, except where the law allows it or HVTL has given written permission.
10. Paid Features for Economies
Some management features, higher limits, or plans may become Paid Features. Paid Features are covered by section 8 of the Master Terms. Any plan bought for an economy belongs to that economy and may end if the economy is deleted, transferred or removed for breaking these terms, except where the law requires otherwise.
11. Suspension or Removal of Management Access
HVTL may restrict or remove management access, freeze an economy, or reverse management actions where reasonably necessary because of suspected abuse, unauthorized activity, security concerns or a breach of these terms. HVTL staff may also act in an economy to investigate or enforce these terms; such actions are logged.
12. Disclaimers and Liability
HVTL does not guarantee that management features will always be available or that every action can be reversed. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute rules in the Master Terms apply.
13. Changes
HVTL may update these Manager Terms as described in the Master Terms. When a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using management features.

15. Acceptance
You are asked to accept these Manager Terms the first time you create an economy or use management features. By accepting them, you agree to these Manager Terms, the User Terms and the Master Terms.
